1. Rescheduling

Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least a heads-up 24 hours in advance. This way, we can keep the beauty flowing for everyone.

2. Fashionably Late Cancellation or No-Show

We get it, sometimes things just sneak up on you. But if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you’re a complete no-show, then 100% of your treatment fee will be charged. This helps us cover some of our costs and the time we set aside for you.

3. Emergencies Happen

Life isn’t always a walk in the park, and emergencies do occur. If you find yourself in a jam, reach out to us as soon as you can. We’re understanding and can discuss waiving the cancellation fee.

4. Frequent Changes

If there’s a pattern of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we might need to chat about prepayment or the future of our appointments.

5. Reminders

We’ll send you a friendly reminder through text, email, or a quick call, but the responsibility of remembering your appointment is a team effort.

6. Our Agreement

When you book with us, you’re basically giving us a virtual high-five, agreeing to our cancellation policy.

You will need to Book ahead . You can do that online or by WhatsApp or phone. If you need to reschedule your appointment , please refer to our cancellation policy.

🕒 Be Punctual

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and relax before your treatment. If you are going to be late, please call ahead we will try our best to accommodate you but it may be possible due to other bookings.

💼 Guests

We’d love to make your visit as pleasant as possible, so if you’d like to bring a friend, please just let us know in advance as we do have limited waiting space. However, for safety reasons, we regret that children under 12 are not allowed in the treatment area. To maintain a peaceful and secure atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that you make childcare arrangements during your appointment.
