We’ve got you covered with all the fun stuff – Pilates rings, mini balls, and resistance bands are provided in class 💫
But please bring your own mat (for hygiene reasons) and a pair of dumbbells if you want to add extra resistance and spice things up 💪

LYFE PILATES: NY METHOD
Dynamic, athletic Pilates inspired by the New York studio style. Expect faster transitions, stronger flows and a real burn while maintaining control and precision. Clients must bring their own dumbbells 🔥
Confident beginners ready to level up, Intermediate and Advanced
LYFE PILATES: POWER
We go deep with resistance often using equipment such as bands, the mini ball, the ring, dumbells and yoga blocks to sculpt, strengthen and shake 💪

LYFE PILATES: EXPRESS
Short, sharp and powerful. A focused 30-minute Pilates hit delivering strength, control and stretch when time is tight but results still matter🧘♀️

Cancellation Policy
We know things come up (life, Wi-Fi, small humans!) but to keep things fair and our virtual studio running smoothly:
– PAYG clients: Please cancel at least 24 hours before class for a refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
– Subscribers: Late cancellations mean the class will be deducted from your subscription allocation.
