But please bring your own mat (for hygiene reasons) and a pair of dumbbells if you want to add extra resistance and spice things up 💪

Cancellation Policy

We know things come up (life, Wi-Fi, small humans!) but to keep things fair and our virtual studio running smoothly:

– PAYG clients: Please cancel at least 24 hours before class for a refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
– Subscribers: Late cancellations mean the class will be deducted from your subscription allocation.
